Nika Zbašnik is a commercial photographer and videographer based in Toronto, Canada. She studied Media and Art at the UAL, London (UK) where she began her creative career.

As a filmmaker and photographer, she likes responding to moments - dancing with them. Translating the emotions around the object, subject, song, brand, etc. into an image or a moving picture. She is always finding ways to transcend the mundane.

Selected clients: Skip the Dishes, Spin Toronto, PokerStars, Pride Toronto, SickKids Foundation and others.

Her work has been published and exhibited internationally. Her recent documentary on Quentin VerCetty has won best in the category at Frostbite international film festival.
